We are literally a few feet from breaking into the sea!  Excavation is moving forward!

A small portion of the main docking area remains to be excavated!!  It is a nice water feature with high real estate value.  We will soon be breaking ground towards the main channel into the Caribbean Sea.

More leveling of the property and excavation

The West and Southern end of the Marina are family joined at the main Canal leading to the ocean.  Continuous excavation will shortly be opening the and joining the main marina area and excavation to the ocean will start taking place.  Also, the spreading of dirt on the property is taking the elevation of each property at least 12 to 16 inches higher than original.  It is Amazing!!

80% excavation of the Marina is completed and materials have been stacked up along the property and will be spread evenly.  The property will be at least One foot above the main access road after compaction
